临床资料患者,男,56岁。阴茎冠状沟多处溃疡20余日。2个月前患者有非婚性接触史。20余日前,于洗澡时发现阴茎冠状沟处溃疡,无痛痒感。后于某医院就诊,自述其梅毒血清检查阴性,按湿疹治疗,效果不佳。遂来我院就诊。体格检查:系统检查未见异常,全身浅表淋巴结未触及。皮肤科查体:冠状沟可见两处椭圆形浅表溃疡(图1,2),边缘稍隆起,界限清楚。双侧腹股沟淋巴结无肿大。全身其他部位皮肤、黏膜未见明显异常。
Clinical data patients, male, 56 years old. Penile coronal multiple ulcers more than 20 days. 2 months ago, the patient had a history of non-marital contact. More than 20 days ago, found in the bath penis coronary sulcus ulcer, no itching feeling. After a hospital visit, read their syphilis serum negative, according to eczema treatment, the effect is not good. Then come to our hospital. Physical examination: no abnormalities in the system examination, systemic superficial lymph nodes not touched. Dermatology examination: coronal ditch can see two oval superficial ulcers (Figure 1, 2), the edge of a slightly uplift, clear boundaries. Bilateral inguinal lymph nodes without swelling. Other parts of the body skin, mucosa no obvious abnormalities.
