聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)/多壁碳纳米管导电复合材料制备与性能

通过3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩(EDOT)在多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)表面的原位氧化聚合,得到聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSSNa)掺杂聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)(PEDOT)/多壁碳纳米管导电复合材料。复合材料中PEDOT-PSSNa包覆在MWNTs表面,形成MWNTs为核、PEDOT-PSSNa为壳的纳米复合结构,PEDOT与MWNTs间存在较强的π-π*共轭效应。复合材料的热失重受PEDOT分子骨架热降解和MWNTs热分解的双重控制,在300~500℃的热稳定性较PEDOT-PSSNa明显提高。聚合得到的核(MWNTs)-壳(PEDOT-PSSNa)结构能均匀分散在水中,形成具有良好透光性的水溶性复合分散体系。将水溶性复合材料涂覆于PET薄膜表面,室温电导率比PEDOT-PSSNa提高2个数量级。 In-situ oxidative polymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) on the surface of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) gave poly (3,4-ethylenebis Oxythiophene) (PEDOT) / Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube Conductive Composites. PEDOT-PSSNa composites were coated on the surface of MWNTs to form a nano-composite structure with MWNTs as the core and PEDOT-PSSNa as the shell. There was a strong π-π * conjugation between PEDOT and MWNTs. The thermal weight loss of the composites is controlled by the thermal degradation of PEDOT skeleton and the thermal decomposition of MWNTs. The thermal stability at 300-500 ℃ is obviously higher than that of PEDOT-PSSNa. Polymerization of the core (MWNTs) - shell (PEDOT-PSSNa) structure can be uniformly dispersed in water to form a water-soluble composite dispersion with good light transmission. The water-soluble composite coating on the PET film surface, the conductivity at room temperature than PEDOT-PSSNa increased by 2 orders of magnitude.
