目的探讨眼内容剜出联合羟基磷灰石义眼台植入的临床应用及手术效果。方法 38例病例行眼内容剜出术后通过巩膜后极离断视神经斜形剪开后部巩膜形成两层巩膜壳后植入羟基磷灰石义眼台于肌园锥。结果追踪观察6-12个月,38例手术后均反应轻,无结膜愈合不良或义眼台暴露,配带义眼后活动良好,效果满意,眶区饱满,无眼窝凹陷,双眼对称,达到良好的美容效果。结论眼内容剜出联合羟基鳞灰石义眼台植入术是一种安全有效操作简单而且并发症少能在基层医院普及推广的良好术式。 Objective To investigate the clinical application and surgical effect of intraocular lens implantation combined with hydroxyapatite orbital implantation. Methods Thirty - eight cases underwent intraocular lens implantation of the hydroxyapatite Yijingtai muscle muscular cone after the scleral shell was formed by scleral shearing of the posterior sclera and posterior sclera. CONCLUSIONS: The ocular contents of combined hydroxyapatite orbital implants are a safe, effective and simple procedure with few complications in the popularization of primary hospitals.
