随着经济全球化的发展,企业竞争更加激烈。降低成本、提升差异化水平、建立竞争优势成为企业当务之急。特别是对于零售企业而言,为了在激烈的全球化竞争中得以生存,更应关注供应链管理和商业模式创新。日本7-Eleven有限公司(SEJ)的创新商业模式正改变着日本零售业的发展。本文通过案例研究描述了SEJ的商业模式、运营战略及其独具特色的外包策略,为我国零售企业提升管理效率特别是供应链管理能力,降低成本,增加收益提供了有益借鉴。
With the development of economic globalization, business competition is more intense. Reduce costs, improve the level of differentiation, establish competitive advantage has become a business imperative. Especially for retail enterprises, in order to survive in the fierce global competition, more attention should be paid to supply chain management and business model innovation. The innovative business model of Japan’s 7-Eleven Ltd. (SEJ) is transforming the retail industry in Japan. This paper describes the business model, operation strategy and its unique outsourcing strategy of SEJ through case studies. It provides a useful reference for China’s retail enterprises to improve management efficiency, especially supply chain management capabilities, reduce costs and increase revenue.
