在伟大领袖毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”和“独立自主、自力更生”的伟大战略方针指引下,河北铜矿广大革命职工和长沙矿山研究院革命技术人员,怀着对伟大领袖毛主席的无限忠心,对帝、修、反的刻骨仇恨,为了节约重要战备物资——梯恩梯,支援国防和世界革命,于一九七○年七月组成了有老工人、革命干部革命技术人员参加的试验推广反修2号抗水炸药即铵沥腊炸药三结合小组。在河北铜矿革委会和驻矿军宣队正确领导和大力支持下,对反修2号抗水炸药,经一个多月的试验与试用,取得了一定的成效。
