随着社会的发展，思想政治教育与心理健康教育均成为辅导员的重要工作职责。由于两者在理论基础、教育宗旨、工作内容等方面均存在一定差异，所以辅导员在日常工作中常遭遇角色冲突的尴尬。本文试分析角色冲突的产生原因及相应的解决办法。
