目的调查四川省急诊专科护士的核心能力,分析影响急诊专科护士核心能力的因素,为进一步完善急诊专科护士培训体系提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查法,选取四川省某专科护士培训基地2012年—2014年每年3月和9月举办的共计6期急诊专科护士培训班的学员为调查对象,现场发放问卷并当场回收。结果共发放问卷270份,回收有效问卷246份。246名急诊专科护士核心能力得分165~258分,平均(214.55±22.56)分,4.88%的调查对象核心能力处于低等水平,67.07%的调查对象核心能力处于中等水平,28.05%的调查对象核心能力处于高水平。影响急诊专科护士核心能力得分的因素有学历、职称、职务、医院等级和急诊工作年限。结论急诊专科护士核心能力有待进一步加强,需要不断改进、完善培训体系,提高其核心能力。
Objective To investigate the core competence of emergency nurses in Sichuan Province and analyze the factors that affect the core competence of emergency nurses in order to provide reference for further improving the training system of emergency specialist nurses. Methods A questionnaire was used to select a nurse training base in Sichuan Province. A total of 6 trainees from March to September of 2012 were enrolled in this course. The questionnaires were distributed on the spot and collected on the spot. Results A total of 270 questionnaires were distributed and 246 valid questionnaires were collected. The scores of core competencies of 246 emergency department nurses from 165 to 258, with an average of (214.55 ± 22.56) points and 4.88% of the respondents ’core competencies were at a low level, 67.07% of the respondents’ core competencies were at medium level, 28.05% Ability at a high level. The factors influencing the score of core competence of emergency nurses are academic record, job title, job title, hospital grade and emergency working life. Conclusion The core competence of emergency specialist nurses needs to be further strengthened and needs to be continuously improved to improve the training system and improve its core competence.
