目前,随着改革开放政策的不断深入推进,我国市场经济快速发展,企业数目与规模都获得显著提高。企业人力资源管理中的劳动关系管理作为维护和谐的工作关系、稳定工作队伍、促进企业不断发展的关键要素,重视并积极有效的开展劳动关系管理至关重要。因此,本文在论述劳动关系管理的涵义与内容的基础上,重点分析了其在实践中存在的问题,并针对性的提出了相关建议与思考,以期促进企业劳动关系管理能力,形成人性化管理模式。
At present, with the continuous deepening of the policy of reform and opening up, the market economy in our country has been developing rapidly and the number and size of enterprises have been significantly raised. Labor relationship management in human resource management of enterprises is crucial to maintaining a harmonious working relationship, stabilizing the working team and promoting the continuous development of the enterprise. Emphasis on and active and effective management of labor relations is of utmost importance. Therefore, on the basis of discussing the connotation and content of the labor relation management, this article mainly analyzes its existing problems in practice, and puts forward relevant suggestions and considerations pertinently with a view to promoting the ability of enterprise’s labor relationship management and forming humanized management mode.
