以2个菜用大豆为材料,在正常氮磷肥基础上,设置4个水平钾肥施用量作为种肥,并分别在大豆开花期和结荚期喷施30kg·hm-2K2SO4,研究了钾肥对菜用大豆叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:钾肥作种肥能显著增加生殖生长期菜用大豆叶片叶绿素含量,2个品种叶绿素总含量均在钾肥施用量120kg·hm-2时最高。与不施钾肥处理相比,在盛花期、结荚期和鼓粒期,中科毛豆1号叶绿素总含量分别增加9.1%、22.7%和13.0%,品系121分别增加33.3%、17.4%和13.0%。钾肥施用量120kg·hm-2时,结荚期叶绿素a含量明显增加,并显著提高了叶绿素a/b比值。叶面喷施K2SO4能显著提高菜用大豆叶绿素总量。相同种肥水平下,叶喷钾肥总体上明显增加开花期和结荚期的叶绿素含量,叶绿素a含量,但对鼓粒期叶绿素含量无显著影响。
Based on the normal nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers, four levels of potash fertilizer were used as the seed fertilizers, and 30 kg · hm-2K2SO4 were sprayed at the flowering and podding stages of soybean respectively. Effect of chlorophyll content in soybean leaves. The results showed that potassium fertilizer could significantly increase the chlorophyll content of the vegetable soybean leaves during the reproductive growth period. The total chlorophyll content of the two varieties was the highest when the potassium fertilizer was 120 kg · hm-2. Compared with the non-potash treatment, the total chlorophyll content of No.1 branch increased significantly by 9.1%, 22.7% and 13.0% respectively at the full flowering stage, the podding stage and the druming stage, while the line 121 increased by 33.3%, 17.4% and 13.0% %. When 120 kg · hm-2 of potash fertilizer was applied, the content of chlorophyll a in podding stage increased obviously and the ratio of chlorophyll a / b increased significantly. Foliar spraying K2SO4 can significantly increase the total amount of vegetable chlorophyll. Under the same fertilizer level, leaf spraying K fertilizer significantly increased chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a content at flowering stage and podding stage, but had no significant effect on chlorophyll content at drum stage.
