目的:了解泰州地区疾控机构人力资源现况,为人力资源的合理配置提供建议。方法:收集分析泰州地区2008年度在职人员年龄、学位/学历、职称和执业范围等数据。结果:2008年泰州地区疾控机构人员480人,其中地级市、县区各92人、388人;平均年龄分别为37.0±9.5岁、39.9±9.5岁;大学本科及以上学位/学历所占比例分别为66.3%、28.87%;高级和中级职称所占比例分别为19.57%、42.39%和7.99%、34.28%;卫生防病人员所占比例分别为29.35%、33.51%;五大卫生人员所占比例分别为17.39%、15.98%。结论:泰州地区地市级人员配置、职称结构、执业范围较合理。县区级疾控机构人员配备不足,总体学历偏低,高级职称人员偏少,工勤人员过多,人员结构不够合理,需加快现有人员的补充、更新和专业技术培训,以适应疾控事业发展的需要。
Objective: To understand the current situation of human resources in CDC in Taizhou and to provide suggestions for the rational allocation of human resources. Methods: To collect and analyze the data on the employees’ age, degree / qualification, professional title and scope of practice in Taizhou area in 2008. Results: In 2008, there were 480 persons in the CDC in Taizhou, of which 92 were in prefecture-level cities and counties and 388 in average. The average age was 37.0 ± 9.5 years and 39.9 ± 9.5 years respectively. Conclusion: The staffing structure, professional title structure and practicing scope in Taizhou are reasonable. County-level CDC staffing is insufficient, the overall academic record is low, the number of senior professional titles is too small, overworked staff, personnel structure is not reasonable enough, the need to speed up the existing staffing, updating and professional and technical training to adapt to disease control The needs of career development.
