为了发展钢筋混凝土中钢筋锈蚀状态的快速测量方法,将基于时域分析的电流阶跃法所得结果与腐蚀电化学研究中测量腐蚀状态常用的、基于频域分析的交流阻抗谱法所得结果进行了比较,从理论上讨论了两者的关系,推导了基于Fourier变换的转换公式。研究发现电流阶跃法在t/(RC)=0~5时间区段内测得的数据,通过计算可以得到交流阻抗谱法测量结果中的低频部分的信息,计算误差小于4%。因而,电流阶跃法在几min内测得的信息量与交流阻抗谱法几h测量的信息量相当。
In order to develop a rapid measurement method for corrosion status of steel bars in reinforced concrete, the results obtained by the current step method based on time-domain analysis and the AC impedance spectroscopy based on frequency-domain analysis, which is commonly used to measure corrosion status in corrosion electrochemical studies, In comparison, the relationship between the two is theoretically discussed, and the conversion formula based on Fourier transform is deduced. The data of the current step method measured in the t / (RC) = 0 ~ 5 time period are found. The information of the low frequency part of the measurement results obtained by the AC impedance spectroscopy can be obtained by calculation. The calculated error is less than 4%. Thus, the amount of information measured by the current step method in a few minutes corresponds to the amount of information measured by the AC impedance spectroscopy in a few h.
