笔者所在区域地处苏北农村,随着江苏省教育现代化的实施,农村学校的硬件条件发生了翻天覆地的变化,与城区学校相差无几,每所学校都配备了电子白板等现代化的教学设施,可是我们也发现了另一个现象:学校的校本教研活动却越来越难开展,甚至有些学校的教研组有其名而无其实。笔者长期在农村学校从事教师培训工作,在调研中发现,城乡间教育发展的不均衡、教师专业结构的差异、农村学校教研氛围淡薄等因素,在一定程度上
The author’s area is located in rural North Jiangsu. With the implementation of education modernization in Jiangsu Province, the hardware conditions in rural schools have undergone tremendous changes.
