目的了解四川省调查队员对2015年中国成人慢性病及营养监测项目PAD数据采集系统的使用现状及满意程度,分析满意度影响因素。方法选取四川省2015年慢病营养监测项目所有现场调查队员,对基本情况、使用者态度及培训情况、使用现状及满意度得分等内容进行调查,采用广义线性模型进行影响因素分析。结果本次共调查252人,总体满意度平均得分为(64.81±11.06)分,各条目的满意度集中在53.97%~80.56%,满意度较高的条目主要集中在界面易用性和操作有效性,较低的条目主要集中在系统安全稳定性和数据准确性。广义线性模型分析结果显示,高中、中专及以下人员(b=6.20,P<0.01)满意度得分高于专科及以上人员;中级职称人员(b=8.10,P=0.02)满意度得分优于初级及以下和高级人员;以前参加过此类信息化调查的人员(b=-3.49,P=0.01)得分低于未参加者;对调查方式的感兴趣程度越高满意度得分越高;参加培训的次数>2次者(b=2.92,P=0.03)满意度高于≤2次者。结论调查系统使用现状及整体满意度较好,系统安全稳定性和准确性还需进一步提高,教育程度、职称、以前是否参加过类似的信息化调查、对调查方式感兴趣程度、参加培训次数等变量是影响使用系统满意度得分的重要因素。
Objective To understand the status quo and satisfaction of Sichuan investigators on the status quo and satisfaction of PAD data acquisition system of China Adult Chronic Disease and Nutritional Monitoring Project in 2015 and analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction. Methods All the field investigation team members of the Sichuan chronic disease nutrition monitoring project in 2015 were selected to investigate the basic situation, the attitude and training of users, the current situation of their use and scores of satisfaction scores. The generalized linear model was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results A total of 252 people were surveyed, the average overall satisfaction score was (64.81 ± 11.06) points, the satisfaction of each item was concentrated in 53.97% ~ 80.56%. The items with high satisfaction mainly focused on the interface ease of use and operation efficiency Sexually, the lower entries mainly focus on system security and data accuracy. The results of generalized linear model analysis showed that the scores of satisfaction of senior high school, secondary technical school and below (b = 6.20, P <0.01) were higher than that of junior college and above; the score of satisfaction of intermediate grade staff (b = 8.10, P = 0.02) (B = -3.49, P = 0.01) had lower scores than non-participants; the higher the degree of interest in the survey method, the higher the satisfaction score; The number of training> 2 times (b = 2.92, P = 0.03) satisfaction is higher than ≤ 2 times. Conclusions The current status and overall satisfaction of the survey system are good. The security and stability and accuracy of the system need to be further improved. The educational level, professional titles, whether or not they have participated in similar informatization surveys before, the degree of interest in the survey methods, the number of training sessions, etc. Variables are important factors that influence the use of system satisfaction scores.
