针对全路面起重机底盘部件疲劳积累损伤的情况,通过分析起重机轴荷疲劳损伤评估系统的组成和工作原理,建立轴荷疲劳损伤评估系统模型。利用MATLAB和ANSYS软件对该系统工作过程进行相应的模拟仿真,自动生成轴荷历程、有限元分析模型、载荷(应力)历程表、应力统计表和评估界面。通过评估界面上的图像信息,直观地评估起重机轴荷疲劳积累损伤状况。该系统的开发,可有效简化起重机底盘部件疲劳累计损伤评估过程,具有一定的应用价值。
Aiming at the fatigue accumulation damage of chassis parts of all-terrain cranes, the system of axle load fatigue damage assessment was established by analyzing the composition and working principle of the crane axle fatigue fatigue damage assessment system. Use MATLAB and ANSYS software to simulate the working process of the system, and automatically generate axle load history, finite element analysis model, load (stress) history table, stress statistics table and evaluation interface. By assessing the image information on the interface, the fatigue damage of the crane axle can be assessed visually. The development of this system can effectively simplify the fatigue damage assessment process of the crane chassis components and has certain application value.
