中心铰接架是铰接式双钢轮振动压路机前、后车架连接的重要部件,其性能和可靠性关系到整车的稳定运行。针对中心铰接架中回转架出现故障的问题,对中心铰接架进行有限元受力分析,发现受力最大的部件回转架能够满足强度要求。进而分析影响球墨铸铁回转架性能的因素,发现回转架存在球化率不足的材料缺陷和气孔、夹砂等铸造缺陷,结合中心铰接架的受力特点及应力分布状况,将铸造回转架改进设计为焊接式回转架。经市场验证,改进设计后的回转架性能可靠。
