昆明军区后勤汽车22团研制的SYZS型伤员运输车,在“两山”对越自卫还击作战中发挥了较大的作用。该车是采用EQ140型汽车底盘改装的箱式运输车。内设10个重伤员床,上层5个床可升降450毫米,有安全带和扶手,伤员上下有升降吊车和分离式交换担架;下层5个床可调整成坐、卧、躺三种姿式;还有5个供轻伤员坐的座椅和2名医护人员座椅。车箱尾部有整体大翻门和伸缩跳板。
