为进一步挖掘甘肃省冬小麦种质资源潜力,对甘肃省近10年来审定的70个冬小麦品种的8个数量性状进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,不孕小穗数的变异系数最大,为36.29%;小穗数的变异系数最小,为8.27%;株高、穗下节长、千粒重、穗长的变异系数为10.00%~15.00%,遗传变异幅度较为平缓。穗下节长的遗传多样性指数(H’)最高(2.30),株高的遗传多样性指数最低(1.77)。8个数量性状的聚类分析结果显示,70个冬小麦品种在欧式遗传距离D=17处分为3大类群,其中第Ⅰ类群可作为增产材料供育种选择,第Ⅱ类群可作为抗倒材料供育种选择。
In order to further explore the potential of winter wheat germplasm resources in Gansu Province, genetic diversity analysis was conducted on eight quantitative traits of 70 winter wheat cultivars examined and approved in Gansu Province in recent 10 years. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of spikelets was the largest (36.29%), the coefficient of variation of spikelets was the lowest (8.27%), the coefficient of variation of plant height, spike length, grain weight and spike length was 10.00% -15.00% , The degree of genetic variation is relatively gentle. The highest index of genetic diversity (H ’) was the highest (2.30), and the lowest was the genetic diversity index of plant height (1.77). Cluster analysis of 8 quantitative traits showed that 70 winter wheat cultivars were divided into three groups according to the genetic distance of D = 17, among which the first group could be used as breeding materials for selection and the second group could be used as breeding materials for anti-fall materials select.
