取1例胚胎、96例胎儿和6例新生儿的小肠,光镜下观察其主要结构的出现时间和形态分化。7周胚的十二指肠正值管腔重建。十二指肠的绒毛、肠脲、杯状细胞和内分泌细胞于第9周胎出现。肠脲基底的成熟潘氏细胞出现于第14周。在十二指肠绒毛顶端有嗜银细胞大量聚集的濑木帽出现于第15周胎儿至新生儿阶段。十二指肠腺于14周或15周胎形成,腺内除柱状细胞外尚含有潘氏细胞和嗜银细胞。小肠壁的四层结构直至21周始建立。
One case of embryo, 96 cases of fetus and 6 cases of newborn small intestine were observed under light microscope to observe the appearance of the main structure and morphological differentiation. Positive duodenal reconstruction of 7-week embryos. Duodenal villus, intestinal urea, goblet cells and endocrine cells appeared at week 9. The mature urea-rich basal cells appeared at the 14th week. The Setagi cap that has a large accumulation of argyrophilic cells at the tip of duodenal vill appears in the fetus until the neonatal period from the 15th week. The duodenum gland is formed at 14 weeks or 15 weeks of pregnancy, except for the glandular cells in the gland which contains Paneth cells and argyrophilic cells. The four-layer structure of the small intestine wall was established until 21 weeks.
