中学生处于青少年阶段,属于由儿童向青少年转变的过渡时期,心理和生理都发生很大的变化,再加上社会外界环境的影响,难免会产生一些心理问题。因此,要提高中学生的社会适应性,促进他们身心健康发展。本文主要从四方面分析了健美操体育训练对中学生社会适应性的影响。

This article mainly analyzes the impact of aerobic gymnastics training on the social adaptability of middle school students from four aspects.
