本文报道了528名接触非稳态噪声的冷作工、锻工听力损失的调查,以接触噪声在70dB(A)以下的机关干部95名作对照。调查结果,作业场所噪声等效连续A声级强度在85~115 dB,语言听力损失率为23.0%,高频听力损失率为83.7%。高频听损和语言听损的发生率与噪声强度和工龄密切相关,与对照组比有极显著性差异(P<0.005)。应用调查结果,采用线性回归方程式y=14.395(ДΓ_(00)-0.735)%计算,其听力损失值与本次调查实测位及ISO公布有关听觉丧失危险性的资料十分接近。故认为,该方程式可作为预测非稳态噪声作业人员听损发生率的预测方法。此方法符合实际,简单易行,具有实用价值。
In this paper, a survey of 528 cold working and forging hearing loss workers exposed to unsteady noise is carried out. 95 control cadres whose noise is under 70dB (A) are compared with each other. As a result of the survey, the equivalent continuous A sound level intensity at the workplace was 85-115 dB, the rate of language hearing loss was 23.0%, and that of high frequency hearing loss was 83.7%. The frequency of high-frequency hearing loss and speech hearing loss was closely related to the noise intensity and length of service, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.005). The application of the survey results, using the linear regression equation y = 14.395 (ДΓ_ (00) -0.735)%, the hearing loss value and the survey survey bits and ISO published information on the risk of hearing loss is very close. Therefore, this equation can be used as a prediction method to predict the hearing loss of unsteady noise workers. This method is in line with reality, simple and practical, with practical value.
