目的研究正常人视网膜神经纤维层厚度与年龄的关系。方法正常者75人,年龄20~66岁,以每10岁为一个年龄组,共分5组,每组15人。采用激光偏光扫描测量仪测量了75只眼的视网膜神经纤维层厚度,计算以视乳头为中心,以15倍视乳头直径为圆周的视网膜神经纤维层的平均厚度。结果5个年龄组的视网膜神经纤维层的平均厚度及标准差分别为764±75μm,715±73μm,721±39μm,667±72μm和674±87μm。年龄和视网膜神经纤维层厚度之间,呈负相关(r=040,P=00004)。鼻下和下方两个象限呈负相关,差异有显著性(r=041,P=00003;r=030,P=00091)。结论正常人视网膜神经纤维层厚度随年龄的增加而减少
Objective To study the relationship between age and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness in normal subjects. Method normal 75 people, aged 20 to 66 years, every 10 years for an age group, is divided into 5 groups, each group of 15 people. The thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer in 75 eyes was measured by laser scanning polarimeter. The average thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer with the diameter of 15 times optic disc as the center was calculated. Results The average thickness and standard deviation of retinal nerve fiber layer in 5 age groups were 764 ± 75μm, 715 ± 73μm, 721 ± 39μm, 667 ± 72μm and 67 4 ± 8 7μm. There was a negative correlation between age and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (r = 040, P = 0.0004). There was a negative correlation between the lower quadrant and the lower quadrant, with significant difference (r = 041, P = 00003; r = 030, P = 00091). Conclusion Normal human retinal nerve fiber layer thickness decreases with age
