为提高吸热型碳氢燃料的吸热能效 ,对HZSM 5分子筛进行了La3 + 、Ag+ 离子交换改性 ,考察了吸热型碳氢燃料NNJ 15 0在HZSM 5及改性ZSM 5分子筛催化剂上的裂解情况。结果表明 ,La3 + 、Ag+ 离子交换改性催化剂提高了NNJ 15 0的裂解气中低碳烯烃的选择性 (5 0 0℃ ,81 6 3%) ,并且改性催化剂和未改性催化剂的活性在 35min内均未随进样时间下降 ,转化率也未降低 (5 0 0℃ ,HZSM 5 ,6 4 6 2 %;LaZSM 5 ,6 5 71%;AgZSM 5 ,6 8 75 %)。实验结果表明 ,双金属离子改性可为今后研究的方向。
In order to improve endothermic energy efficiency of endothermic hydrocarbon fuel, HZSM 5 zeolite was modified by La 3 + and Ag + ion exchange. The endothermic hydrocarbon fuel NNJ 15 0 was investigated on HZSM 5 and modified ZSM 5 zeolite catalysts Cracking situation. The results showed that the La3 + and Ag + ion exchange modified catalysts increased the selectivity of light olefins (500 ℃ and 81 6 3%) in pyrolysis gas of NNJ 15 0, and the activity of modified catalysts and unmodified catalysts In 35min, no decrease was observed with the injection time and the conversion rate did not decrease (500 ℃, HZSM 5, 6 462%; LaZSM 5, 67 71%; AgZSM 5, 68 75%). The experimental results show that the modification of bimetallic ions can be the direction of future research.
