目的 拆方观察半夏泻心汤对胃电节律失常大鼠的影响 ,探讨该方“消痞散结”的作用机制及其组方配伍规律。方法 制备胃电节律失常大鼠模型 ,检测半夏泻心汤及其拆方对胃肌间神经丛c kit阳性ICC含量的影响。结果 半夏泻心汤及其拆方各组与模型组比较 ,均存在显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。其中以辛苦组 (半夏、干姜、黄芩、黄连 )的效果最为显著。结论 半夏泻心汤及其拆方各组药物 ,均具有不同程度的调节胃肌间神经丛c kit阳性ICC含量的作用。辛苦组的作用最强 ,为进一步认识本方“苦降辛开 ,调畅气机”的作用机制 ,提供了实验依据
Objective To observe the effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on rats with gastric dysrhythmia and to explore the mechanism and compatibility of this prescription. Methods The rat model of gastric electrical rhythm was prepared and the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its decomposed prescriptions on the content of c kit positive ICC in gastric myenteric plexus was detected. Results There was a significant difference in each group of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its disassembled groups compared with the model group (P < 0.05). Among them, the hard work group (Pinxia, Ginger, Huangqi, Huanglian) has the most significant effect. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its deconstructed drugs have different effects on regulating the content of c kit-positive ICC in gastric myenteric plexus. The role of the hard-working group is the strongest and provides experimental evidence for further understanding of the mechanism of this party’s “bitter, hard-to-open, and stimulating breath”.
