大白菜需钾特性及其与干物质积累关系的试验结果表明,幼苗期和结球期分别是大白菜钾营养的临界期和最大效率期.各生育期地上部的干物质均与其同期地上部的吸钾量呈极显著的正相关,表明钾对大白菜地上部干物质的积累具有明显的促进作用.随着钾肥用量的增加,收获期叶球干物质量及其占总干物质量的比例相应地增加,为叶球产量的形成奠定了基础;而软叶干物质量及其占总干物质量的比例的增加,则有利于改善叶球的风味品质.由于大白菜收获期地上部总钾量的66%~77%、干物质量的76%~82%是在结球期积累的,因而生产上应在结球始期前后重施钾肥.
The test results on the relationship between potassium requirement and its relationship with dry matter accumulation in Chinese cabbage showed that the seedling stage and the heading stage were respectively the critical period and the maximum efficiency period of potassium nutrition of Chinese cabbage. The dry matter in above-ground part of each growth period had a very significant positive correlation with the potassium uptake of above-ground part of the whole growth period, which indicated that potassium had a significant promotion effect on the accumulation of dry matter in aboveground part of Chinese cabbage. With the increase of potash fertilizer, the dry matter mass of leaves and the proportion of dry matter in total dry matter increased at the harvest stage, which laid the foundation for the formation of leaf yield. However, the dry matter mass of dry matter and its proportion in total dry matter increased , It is conducive to improving the flavor of leaf ball quality. Because of the 66% ~ 77% of the total potassium in the upper part of Chinese cabbage, 76% ~ 82% of the dry matter is accumulated during the heading stage, so the production of potassium fertilizer should be reformed before and after the initial stage of the heading.
