目的:建立毛细管气相色谱测定藿香正气水中君药广藿香中百秋李醇含量的方法。方法:样品经萃取后用毛细管色谱法测定。色谱条件:HP-5色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);程序升温初始温度170℃,保持3 min,以1℃.min-1的速度升至182℃,保持1 min,再以60℃.min-1的速度升至275℃,保持5 min,进样口温度280℃,检测器280℃,氮气流速0.6 mL.min-1。以正十八烷为内标,氢火焰离子化(FID)检测器。结果:百秋李醇在0.041 1~0.411 2 mg.mL-1浓度范围内,峰面积与内标峰面积之比值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(Y=2.94X+0.012 8,r=0.999 2);平均回收率为97.67%,RSD=1.48%(n=6)。结论:方法准确、简便、灵敏、快速。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of patchouli alcohol content in Agsarella grandiflora in Huoxiangzhengqi water. Method: Samples were extracted and determined by capillary chromatography.
