针对侧钻短半径水平井油管柱的弯曲变形 ,设计了 4点弯曲加载试验 ,测试了 2种规格油管在不同内压和弯曲度组合条件下油管接箍的密封及其强度特性。试验结果表明 ,油管管体弯曲度 α在 4 (°) / m以内、2 5MPa的压力下 ,接箍均未发生泄漏。对于弯曲油管接头 ,首先发生管体材料的塑性屈服 ,然后才出现接头密封泄漏。因此 ,只要保持管体在最小屈服应力以内工作 ,在 2 5MPa内压条件下 ,可以保证接箍密封在短半径井眼内可靠有效。
Aiming at the bending deformation of sidetracking short radius horizontal well tubing string, a 4-point bending loading test was designed to test the sealing and strength characteristics of the tubing coupling under different combinations of internal pressure and bending. The test results show that the pipe bend curvature α is within 4 (°) / m, and the pressure of 25 MPa does not leak into the coupling. For bent tubing joints, the plastic yielding of the tubing material first occurs before the joint seal leaks. Therefore, as long as the tube body is kept working within the minimum yield stress, it is ensured that the coupling seal is reliable and effective in the short radius borehole under the pressure of 25MPa.
