IGBT(场控器件绝缘栅双极晶体管)作为核心技术厂泛应用于交通运输,工厂自动化,风能、太阳能等可再生资源领域。由于其技术含量高,研发难度大且需大量资金,目前大部分IGBT都是从国外进口,在国内封装。这也和中国之前在计划经济体制下电力电子和微电子行业各立门户,互动受阻有很大的关系。近年来中国政府的不断鼓励支持,国内很多企业也已开始自行研发生产IGBT功率器件。 IGBT (field-controlled device insulated gate bipolar transistor) as a core technology plant widely used in transportation, factory automation, wind energy, solar energy and other renewable resources.
