采用紫外光谱、薄层色谱和等离子体发射光谱法比较了中药巴戟天根皮与木心中化学成分的异同。结果表明:两者化学成分有很大差别。为探讨巴戟天传统加工炮制工艺的合理性提供了参考依据。
Ultraviolet spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography and plasma emission spectrometry were used to compare the chemical composition of the root bark and roots of Radix Paeoniae Radix.
