城镇化是未来我国社会与经济转型发展中的重要战略领域。新生代农民工则是新型城镇化建设的主力军,新生代农民工职业技能的发展不仅是当代青年社会性发展的重要命题,也是推进城镇化的重要任务。当下我国新生代农民工群体的职业技能发展面临着观念、组织和政策等几方面的障碍,为促进新生代农民工的职业发展,应逐步转变相关政策,促进新生代农民工职业认同的形成;推动企业承担责任,为新生代农民工的职业技能发展提供平台;并对新生代农民工技能培训实施规范化管理。
