在经济全球化的背景下,无数外商在华进行投资,在带来经济效益的同时也引发了一些值得讨论的问题,大量外资注入导致投资产业不均衡、投资环境不匹配、法律法规有待完善等问题。本文从建立健全外商投资法律保护体系、优化利用外商投资结构、完善投资环境等方面进行研究,解决外资企业在华发展的问题。
In the context of economic globalization, countless foreign investors invest in China, which bring about economic benefits as well as some issues worth discussing. A large number of foreign investments lead to imbalanced investment industries, the investment environment does not match, laws and regulations need to be improved, etc. problem. This article studies the establishment and improvement of legal protection system for foreign investment, optimizing the use of foreign investment structure and improving the investment environment so as to solve the problem of the development of foreign-funded enterprises in China.
