由于添加剂的种类不断完善、性能大幅度提高、添加剂的复配技术不断成熟,润滑机理发生了本质的变化。化学膜取代吸附膜,从根本上改变了抗胶合机理;化学吸附膜取代物理吸附膜,润滑油在齿面上的粘着强度提高了5倍~10倍,不再存在油达不到啮合部位的问题。现行的以保证油膜厚度为目标、以增加粘度、控制温度为主要手段的标准和规范,已不能满足时代的要求,必须在当代科学技术的基础上进行修订。本文论证了现行标准存在的主要问题,提出了我们的看法。
As the types of additives continue to improve, a substantial increase in performance, additive compounding technology continues to mature, lubrication mechanism has undergone essential changes. Chemical film to replace the adsorption film, fundamentally changed the anti-bonding mechanism; chemical adsorption film to replace the physical adsorption film, lubricating oil in the tooth surface adhesion strength increased by 5 times to 10 times, problem. The current standards and norms that ensure the film thickness as the goal, increase the viscosity and control the temperature as the main means can no longer meet the requirements of the times and must be revised on the basis of contemporary science and technology. This article demonstrates the main problems existing in the current standards and puts forward our opinion.
