一、前 言 ZL108合金广泛地用于低压铸造方法生产各种铸件。我厂0328氧压机活塞即是一例。在生产中,发现合金化学成分严重偏析,主要表现在锰、铁含量上;金相组织上则表现为相偏析。因而导致铸件偏析区机械性能下降,切削加工性恶化。曾一度停产长达8个月之久。 为确定偏析相的组成,查明其形成条件,对偏析相进行了金相鉴定、电镜扫描、X光衍射分析;并着重对650℃以下合金成分与偏析相析出温度的关系作了实验和探讨,使合金的偏析在生产中得以控制。恢复生产两年多来,不再发生偏析现象。
First, the preface ZL108 alloy is widely used in the production of low-pressure casting method of casting. Our factory 0328 oxygen compressor piston is an example. In production, the chemical composition of the alloy was found to be severely segregated, mainly on the basis of manganese and iron content, and the phase segregation on the microstructure. As a result, the mechanical properties of the casting segregation zone deteriorate and the machinability deteriorates. Once discontinued for as long as 8 months. In order to determine the composition of the segregation phase, the formation conditions were ascertained, and the segregation phases were identified by metallography, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The relationship between the composition of the segregation phase and the alloy composition below 650 ℃ was emphatically studied and discussed , The alloy segregation in production can be controlled. Resuming production more than two years, no segregation occurs.
