2001年7月18日,昆明市某戒毒所388人集体服大锅中药后10分钟至30分钟内,相继出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、流涎、出汗、口唇肢体麻木、血压下降、心率缓慢,少数人昏迷、口吐白沫,1例抽搐,现场哭叫呻吟,滚爬混乱,气氛十分紧张。云南省急救中心立即到场,在不明毒源的情况下,先予病情分类,将危重的40例迅速送到我院急诊内科救治,其余病人就地对症处理,酌情转送其它医院。现将我科接收并迅速成功诊治的经验报告如下:
