现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构的外墙大多为填充墙。为防止框架同后砌墙体间产生裂缝而渗水,目前的常规作法为:当砌体砌至梁下约20cm时,最后一层砖采用立砖斜砌挤紧。这种作法虽然延缓了裂缝的产生,但经受不住时间的考验。为解决这项质量通病,我单位对原方法进行了改进,并在某工地进行了试验,做到了基本杜绝裂缝后患。现将具体作法介绍如下。1.填充墙在砌筑最后一道立砖时,在砌体外侧预留宽20
