在我国经济结构调整、增长方式转变的整体背景下,创新成为近年来中国经济最重要的关键词,而知识型企业则是其中最活跃、最值得关注的因素。知识型企业之间的竞争主要是人才的竞争,人才成为竞争制胜的关键,因而知识型企业的人力资源管理备受关注。在近期北京宏景世纪软件公司2011年知识型企业人力资源信息化研讨会上,几位嘉宾围绕知识型企业人力资源管理的特点、面临的挑战与应对策略、企业信息化与e-HR选型等各个方面,见仁见智,各抒己见。
