目的探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者蜕膜中T细胞亚型及B细胞含量的变化情况。方法采用流式细胞仪检测ICP患者(16例)与正常晚孕妇女(12例)蜕膜中T细胞亚型及B细胞的含量。结果正常晚孕蜕膜中总T细胞、B细胞各占蜕膜单核细胞的0.54、0.03,其中,CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞、CD4+CD25+T细胞各占蜕膜单核细胞的0.25、0.28、0.14;与正常对照组相比,ICP患者蜕膜中总T细胞、B细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD4+CD25+T细胞含量以及CD4+/CD8+比值下降(PP均<0.05),CD8+T细胞的含量无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论ICP患者蜕膜组织中T、B细胞的表达失调,异常分布的T、B细胞可能与ICP的发病有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of T cell subsets and B cells in decidua of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect T cell subsets and B cells in decidua of ICP patients (16 cases) and normal pregnant women (12 cases). Results In normal pregnancy decidual decidual total T cells, B cells accounted for decidual mononuclear cells 0.54,0.03, of which CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells, CD4 + CD25 + T cells each accounted for decidual mononuclear cells 0.25, 0.28, 0.14; Compared with the normal control group, the content of total T cells, B cells, CD4 + T cells, CD4 + CD25 + T cells and CD4 + / CD8 + , There was no significant change in the content of CD8 + T cells (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of T and B cells in the decidua of ICP patients is imbalanced. T and B cells with abnormal distribution may be related to the pathogenesis of ICP.
