作者对119例分娩前孕妇进行了主观感知和超声实时显像船动及其与胎动类型的观察。结果说明超声实时显像法测知胎动的敏感性明显高于孕妇主观感知。孕妇主观感知的强胎动较弱胎动更接近超声显像。并经分娩后证实,超声显像法观察胎动是可靠的,对自觉胎动减少者应用本法进行检测,有助于监护胎儿状况及其预后。
