用天青·伊红·瑞氏改良法进行特殊染色.并经微波辐射(MWI)显示病变组织中的巨噬细胞.此法比原法缩短了着色时间480~720倍,并且染色效果理想,易于现察,便于进行定性和定量。这不仅对于组织炎症的分期;区别良恶性肿瘤起着较重要的辅助作用.更重要的是对恶性肿瘤的放化疗、免疫治疗和药物治疗的科学研究提供了省时、简便的方法,具有临床实用价值。
