通过对陕西省21所省属高校的调查,发现当前陕西省高校法学教师队伍建设,尤其是法学教师实践能力建设,存在办学经费、队伍构成、考评要求、提升实践能力的机制、科研水平等五个方面的主要问题。这些问题出现的主要原因是政府投入不足、缺乏编制、职称评审制度不合理、教育管理的缺失、法学期刊少以及教育行政化,针对这些原因提出了加强财政支持、弹性用人机制、完善评价机制、制定体系化要求、增加对陕法学期刊投入及高等教育去行政化等五方面的对策。

According to these reasons, we put forward some suggestions to strengthen financial support, flexible employment mechanism, Formulate systematic requirements, and increase the investment in Shaanxi law journals and higher education to the administration of five aspects of the strategy.
