针对上海市地铁7号线北延伸罗店中心镇公共交通配套工程“陆翔路站~潘广路站”区间的软硬不均地层的盾构施工,研究土压平衡盾构掘进模式的原理、掘进参数,解决了软硬不均地层的掘进难、效率低、成本高、地层变形不易控制等技术难题。为了有效地控制掘进方向和盾构姿态,分析盾构掘进方向偏差的原因,总结相应的控制方法,达到了防止管片裂损和控制错台的目的。为防止黏性地层掘进的“泥饼”现象,研究相应的渣土改良技术。
In view of the shield construction of soft and hard strata in the area of Luodian Central Town, north extension of Shanghai Subway Line 7 and the supporting project of “Lu Xiang Road Station ~ Pan Guang Road Station”, this paper studies the principle of earth pressure balance shield tunneling mode, Parameters, to solve the hard and soft strata difficult excavation, low efficiency, high cost, formation deformation is not easy to control and other technical problems. In order to effectively control the direction of heading and shield posture, analyze the reasons for the deviation of shield tunneling direction and summarize the corresponding control methods to achieve the purpose of preventing cracks and controlling the fault. In order to prevent “mud cake ” phenomenon of viscous formation excavation, the corresponding improvement technology of muck was studied.
