山区小型渠道规模小,结构简单,构造细节易于忽视,质量隐患多发。通过对矩形渠槽适用条件分析,提出混凝土整体式矩形渠槽仅适用于地面渠道、渠深1m以下、内外荷载不大、墙背没有动荷载的情况。渠深1m以上、环境条件相对复杂的渠道不适宜采用素混凝土整体式矩形渠槽结构。对整体式渠槽结构布置、变形缝构造及施工常见技术问题进行分析优化,为灌区节水改造设计、施工提供参考。
Mountain small channels of small size, simple structure, easy to overlook the details of the structure, quality problems occur frequently. Based on the analysis of the applicable condition of the rectangular channel, it is proposed that the monolithic rectangular channel of concrete is only suitable for the surface channel, the channel depth is less than 1m, the internal and external loads are not large, and there is no dynamic load on the wall. Canal deeper than 1m, the relatively complex environmental conditions of the channel is not suitable for the use of monolithic concrete rectangular channel structure. This paper analyzes and optimizes the general arrangement of channel structure, deformation joint structure and common technical problems in construction, and provides reference for the design and construction of water-saving reform in irrigation area.
