为分析旋转孔的流动特性,提高空气系统一维仿真计算效率,综合考虑入射角、几何参数等主要影响因素,建立了旋转孔流动特性计算模型,并利用MATLAB/Simulink软件搭建其仿真模型。通过试验结果和商业软件Flowmaster对该模型进行验证,结果表明:该模型计算结果与试验结果误差在7.2%内,与CFD数值计算结果的最大误差不超过2.3%,而Flowmaster计算结果与试验结果最大误差达到8.94%。旋转孔模型计算结果准确度高,适用于不同类型轴向孔的模拟。
In order to analyze the flow characteristics of rotating orifice and improve the efficiency of one-dimensional simulation of air system, the calculation model of flow characteristics of rotating orifice is established by comprehensively considering the main factors such as incidence angle and geometric parameters. The simulation model is established by using MATLAB / Simulink software. The model is validated by the experimental results and the commercial software Flowmaster. The results show that the error between the calculated results and the experimental results is within 7.2%, and the maximum error with the CFD numerical calculation results does not exceed 2.3%, while the Flowmaster calculation results and the experimental results are the largest The error is 8.94%.
