为了实现快速低成本的装配线设计与制造,在模块化的基础上引入组件的概念,提出了一种组件化的设计方法,并用于装配生产线的快速定制设计与制造中。对组件、组件实例、组件化和组态进行了定义,给出了组件化设计的方法和流程。通过元素识别、元素聚类、元素集概括抽象实现了系统的组件化并建立了组件库;提出了生产线快速定制设计的组态法则,构造了组态成套方程,并给出了组件实例化的过程。结合某装配线的设计与制造,进行了应用验证。实践结果表明,采用组件化设计方法,装配线的开发周期和效率均得到了显著提高。
In order to realize the design and manufacture of fast and low cost assembly line, the concept of component is introduced on the basis of modularization, a component design method is proposed and used in the rapid custom design and manufacture of assembly line. Component, component instance, component and configuration are defined, and the method and process of component design are given. Through the element identification, element clustering and element set, the component of system is generalized and the component library is established. The configuration rule of rapid customization of production line is put forward, the complete set of equations is constructed and the components are instantiated process. Combined with the design and manufacture of an assembly line, the application verification was carried out. The practice results show that, using component design method, the assembly line development cycle and efficiency have been significantly improved.
