目前,世界各国对海洋渔业发展越来越重视,海洋渔业被视为最重要的资源储备库,海洋经济在全球经济所占的比重不断提高。早在十几年前,我国有关部门就提出了数字海洋的设想和基本思路,如今数字海洋已经列入国家海洋科学技术发展计划。基于此,探究如何结合我国海洋信息领域的实际情况和实践经验来制定我国数字海洋总体建设,让数字海洋能够更好地为我国渔业服务。
At present, all countries in the world pay more and more attention to the development of marine fisheries. Marine fisheries are regarded as the most important resource reserve base, and the proportion of the marine economy in the global economy is continuously increasing. As early as a dozen years ago, relevant departments of our country proposed the concept and basic idea of digital ocean. Nowadays, digital ocean has been included in the plan of national marine science and technology development. Based on this, we explore how to make the overall digital ocean construction in our country combined with the actual situation and practical experience in the field of oceanographic information in our country, so that the digital ocean can better serve the fisheries in our country.
