江苏省涟水县1981年在儿童结素试验工作中发生一例持续18天以肌阵挛为主的癔病样发作,现报告如下: 黄××,女,13岁,小学生。1981年10月10日在校注射1:2000旧结核菌素0.1毫升(上海生物制品所产品,批号81-227)后两分钟,突然出现头痛、腹痛及全身不自主抖动,随即肌注副肾素及苯海拉明未见效。十余分钟后送县医院诊断为速发型过敏性反应,当时体温为37.8℃,经抗过敏治疗后四小时体温恢复正常,其它症状减轻,当日离院。
