一、前言本课题是在南开大学计算机与系统科学系六位教师的协助下,对城市公路综合货运的自动调度作业在微型机上既考虑实际工作中的必要约束和现行管理上的要求生成计算机自动调度系统,又兼顾了在局部上为派车路线、收发车队等进行优化处理从而达到提高里程利用率的目的,进行了尝试性的研究。
