目的观察眼钝挫伤患者眼球血流动力学的变化。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声技术对30例患者(34只眼)和50例正常人(100只眼)的视网膜中央动脉(CRA)和睫状后动脉(PCA)进行检测。结果①患者组CRA和PCA的最大血流速度(Vmax)增加,最小血流速度(Vmin)降低,阻力指数(RI)明显增加(与对照组比较P值分别<0.05、>0.05和<0.01)。②患者组急性期与恢复期比较:CRA的Vmax和Vmin有显著性变化(P<0.05),RI亦有显著性差异(P<0.01),PCA的血流变化不显著(P>0.05)。结论眼钝挫伤使眼球供血出现异常,其中以CRA变化显著,恢复也慢,PCA反之。
Objective To observe the changes of ocular hemodynamics in patients with blunt trauma. Methods The central retinal artery (CRA) and posterior ciliary artery (PCA) of 30 patients (34 eyes) and 50 normal subjects (100 eyes) were examined by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound. Results ① The maximum blood flow velocity (Vmax), the minimum blood flow velocity (Vmin) and the resistance index (RI) of patients with CRA and PCA were significantly increased (P <0.05 and> 0.05 respectively And <0.01). (2) There was a significant difference in Vmax and Vmin between CRA group and CRA group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups > 0.05). Conclusion Eye Contusion makes abnormal blood supply to the eye, including CRA changes significantly, recovery is also slow, PCA conversely.
