神经系疾病是指脑、脊髓和周围神经由于感染、血管病变、肿瘤、外伤、先天异常、遗传、代谢障碍和变性等原因引起的疾病。近年来,非损伤性检查方法的兴起,为神经系疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供了佐证。现将六十年代创建的放射免疫分析的激素(或物质)在脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑血管病和脑炎诊断和疗效考核中的价值综述如下。一.脑肿瘤迄今为止,尚无证据表明肿瘤细胞存在特异性抗原。但现已证实二种抗原与脑肿瘤相关,分别为癌胚抗原(CEA)和脑肿瘤特异性抗原。Trouillas报道,正常人血
Neurological diseases are diseases caused by the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves due to infection, vascular lesions, tumors, trauma, congenital abnormalities, heredity, metabolic disorders and degeneration. In recent years, the rise of non-invasive examination methods provide evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases. The value of hormones (or substances) for radioimmunoassay created in the 1960s in the diagnosis and assessment of brain tumors, brain trauma, cerebrovascular disease and encephalitis is summarized below. I. Brain Tumors So far, there is no evidence that tumor cells have specific antigens. However, it has been confirmed that the two antigens are associated with brain tumors, namely carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and brain tumor specific antigen. Trouillas reports that normal human blood
