官本位思想作为封建文化的历史遗存,影响着政府管理很多方面。本文从官本位产生和存在的根源出发,针对公共部门人力资源管理的含义和重要性,探讨了官本位对我国公共部门人力资源管理产生的消极影响。
As the historical remains of feudal culture, official-oriented thinking has many implications on government management. Based on the origin and existence of the official standard, this paper discusses the negative impact of official standard on the human resources management in public sector in the light of the meaning and importance of human resource management in the public sector.
