目的:研究甘肃不同产地党参药材中总皂苷成分变化,探讨总皂苷成分在党参质量评价方面的可控性。方法:通过紫外分光光度法对党参总皂苷成分进行分析,建立中药质量控制方法。结果:甘肃不同产地党参药材中总皂苷含量在24.72-63.99 mg/g,最高含量与最低含量相差近3倍,平均为37.75 mg/g,变异幅度为31.12%。结论:紫外分光光度法对党参总皂苷成分变化反应灵敏,具有一定的应用价值,该研究结果可为党参品种选育、适宜环境的选择、品质调控措施和优质高效栽培技术提供科学依据,并为党参的规模化、产业化发展提供技术支撑。
Objective: To study the changes of total saponins in Codonopsis pilosula from different habitats in Gansu and explore the controllability of the total saponins in the quality evaluation of Codonopsis. Methods: The components of Codonopsis pilosula were analyzed by UV spectrophotometry to establish the quality control method of Codonopsis pilosula. Results: The contents of total saponins in Codonopsis pilosula from different areas in Gansu ranged from 24.72 to 63.99 mg / g, the difference between the highest and the lowest was nearly 3 times, with an average of 37.75 mg / g and the variation range was 31.12%. CONCLUSION: UV spectrophotometry is sensitive to the changes of the components of Codonopsis pilosula and has certain application value. The results of this study can provide scientific basis for Codonopsis pilosula selection, suitable environmental selection, quality control measures and high quality and efficient cultivation techniques. Codonopsis large-scale, industrial development to provide technical support.
